Fellas, we are near the end of 2018 and should get started on our 2019 goals!

* I would be okay with expanding to 5 if anyone has a recommendation ( you status as a good brother will be tied to this person LOL!)

* Let's place a few deadlines for our 1st project

* Hopefully we can start our 1st project late Q1 / early Q2
